If there are heros that are meta or that become meta they should be 1st on the chopping block in terms of nerfs
We used to say that, until he actually became Meta then suddendly “lasering” people is considered cheesey.
You know you’ll be in a perpetual state of nerfing heroes, right? Which will destroy the game sooner rather than later since you’ll literally be whittling away at hero stats until they become simply miserable to play.
And the worst part? Heroes will still be meta after that. Every single hero can be crippled and unfun to play as, and there’ll still be a meta after that. So I guess that means you’ll have to nerf the heroes that every one says “I can’t get value out of them, they’re broken, they don’t work”.
Just how well do you think that’ll go over?

That’s all they do with mercy, i think other heros should feel the same plight
I think mercy is a really hard hero to balance, it’s what happened when you have a hero who directly affect the balance of multiple other heroes.
Other heroes can as well, but just not in the same sense.

It is really ez you let other supports heal through barriers and you will see all of them being more useful, i usually swap to mercy cause a barrier usually comes up between me and the tank

I get wanting variety and Im also tired of hitscan/mercy 24/7 but hell nah we don’t want a pharahmercy meta and make every flex dps useless 
Having Soldier outperform every other dps hero is annoying ngl.

For support, I maybe biased but I want ana/bap/kiriko/zen to be meta.
For DPS, If genji wasn’t a noobstomper in low rank, I’d want him to be meta. But right now with genji, whenever he gets any buffs, he becomes obnoxious in low ranks. So it’s probably best for him to not get any buffs. For other DPS, I want ashe, echo, hanzo and widow to be meta.
For tank, I probably want d.va, sigma, winston, and wrecking ball to be meta (and maybe doomfist).
At least I can touch them, unlike the Widows who camp outside Junkrats range completely.
