Unpopular opinion but again, itā€™s not about heroes but players.

I never rage over losing against someone thatā€™s better than me and that outplays me but back when I used to spend lots of hours in Competitive, what got on my nerves the most is knowing I could beat an opponent but bad coordination with my team would make me lose by an inch (not saying itā€™s their fault but the entire teamā€™s, me included - sometimes people just donā€™t click together as a team).

Good times, though, and Iā€™ve learned a lot from it (patience mostly).

If i can only choose one then D.Va . She has several counters hard and soft but she has great mobility and does decent damage

Iā€™ll have you know Iā€™m a D.Va first, Mercy second kind of player. Even if I do have 1000 hours on Mercy, I have 3.5x as many on D.Va.

Mercy is fine. And if Iā€™m not making Mercy friends to have more pockets of my own, then I have fun chasing her down on D.Va.

There are some heroes that I think have solid designs but their numbers are just to high/low (if they are too weak it is not really fair) to be fair to deal with.

Rein is probably a good example of that. I think he is a good design, reasonable to play against and with. But, he has just been power crept to a point where he is too good.

Iā€™d put Sigma up there too. Heā€™s pretty straightforward too, but playing around him is more about baiting and tracking his resources, not ā€˜not playing his gameā€™ so to speak. Yā€™know?

Probably Soldier 76 imo. He actually has to shoot you, and not have some random stray projectiles hitting you.

My take, personally? Winston and Dva are the fairest 2 Tanks overall. If you wanted a Non-Dive Tank Option, then Iā€™d say Sigma for Poke and as insane as this might sound, for Rush Iā€™d go Reinhardt. The Fairest DPSes would be I guess Tracer for Flankers & maybe overall, Soldier 76 for Hitscan and I guess Pharah for Burst DPS? DPS is a tricky one for me to determine whoā€™s fairest, Iā€™m ngl. Supports would be Lucio for Off Healer and I guess Moira for Main Healer? Main Healer was also kinda tricky tbh. That is what I would think is the Fairest Characters in the game, categorized by Role and Sub-Role.

Reinhardt, Winston, Soldier76, Junker Queen, and Orisa. These characters honestly make me feel like if I failed to kill them or died to them, it was my fault for not respecting their threat position. They are not hard to kill, but they can be incredibly punishing if you do not respect them, especially when theyā€™re played by people who know their kits well.
