Where is the 15 second swap change that was supposed to be added.
They put it in the same patch as the reaper rework and PvE.

After they announced it and everyone pointed out that it makes counterswapping MORE powerful, they decided to just pretend they ain’t ever say nothin’. I have to commend their adaptability!
