Yeah some aspects in OW get caused by the opponent having bad latency rather than the affected player.

Could probably be a bug caused by the boop physics, might even be a combinations of the two. I was fairly sure I’ve seen Halt do nothing to a Bastion recently so I assumed it might be a combination of a few things and latency is usually to blame in those cases (again not necessarily latency on the Bastion player, might be high latency on the Orisa)

Can this be replicated reliably in a custom game? - Usually the easy way to tell if it’s related to network conditions or simply how the game works now.
