That’s actually not the worst concept.
Personally, I do leave games, but I’m on the fence about encouraging it in general. 
I don’t want to leave games or form a habit of it, but a five-minute requeue disqualification is about the same outcome as waiting for a match to end while teammates I leave take turns dying one at a time.
Not fun to be pinned down by either of those.
