When will Zarya be nerfed?

I figure that’s less of an issue.
The main thing is people want to shoot things, and not be too reliant on other players to get value.

And if anything, while Heavies/Tanks may lack a slowed walkspeed, the lack of mobility skill, or the “needing to be in an effective range” to do their firepower. Is a much better distinction between the roles.

Hammond kinda skips that, and make up for it with weaker firepower, but I don’t think we need more than 1 Hammond type character in the game.

Nah, she isn’t OP.
She’s the third most picked tank, If she was OP she’d be higher picked than hog and ball (Who some people still consider UP? Like what?)

The more they are “like DPS” though the less they are tanks… seems a conundrum.

I think implying Overwatch needs to follow RPG/MOBA design guidelines, instead of FPS design guidelines is ridiculous.

No implication, its just a fact. They will tweak some towards “FPS”, but nothing like what some people are thinking or hoping. If you don’t like MOBA/RPG elements, then OW is just the wrong game for you.

It would seem they are heading in the FPS direction.

Not anywhere near what you and some people hope. If you think they are going away from their MOBA roots… good luck with that. Read what Jeff exactly said on the matter. More of a tuning in that direction, not reworking characters or ditching any form off MOBA-eque mechanics.

You don’t like those mechanics, that’s fine, its just OW is different at its core. Always will be.

A revert of her charge decay buff would be fine, yeah.

Yeah, but that’s in line with buffing Tanks firepower, rather than nerfing Tanks firepower.

Regardless, the MOBA-esque mechanics will always be part of OW.

Well I do think that it’s easy for a zarya to get charge 9 times out of 10. And I do love playing her. But it does feel strange having that beam that has not recoil or anything. I feel like just wanting to add recoil to force people to have to aim . I feel like I’m their should be more off supports or well supports that do have defensive últs. Their are just too many. And últs should really be on a timer and not just on a timer and dependent on how much damage and healing you do. But really these suggestions are aimed more towards all heroes. Because we feel like zarya in general is balanced. Though I do wish she could require more need to have good aim. I don’t feel like she should be nerfed. More so overall we need more variety in off supports or just supports with defensive últs. And a change to the ult banks. But that’s just my opinion on zarya or well zarya and últs that she has or whatever.

Yeah, but it’s a matter of FPS to MOBA ratio.

And they are probably heading closer to Apex and Valorant, and away from Battleborn and Paladins.

I know you want to be right on this. You’re not. I assure you they will not clone those games in OW. Read what Jeff said. Some of you want this, it isn’t happening by but a few degrees.

Which is absolutely perfect for me in plat. With healers who favor DPS and who don’t heal me when I’m making a push, with main tanks who don’t press w and create space, with dps who just spam and pop shot instead of getting picks…zarya is the only hero that makes games winnable and keeps me playing this game

zarya problem is she absorbs too much damage and charge her beam too fast

What are u on about? zarya has received a number of balance changes since the games release, most have been nerfs. Kindly see the overwatch gamepedia for such
