She has low dps, no CC, and can’t crit you.
Yes, getting The Succ from her feels bad. Especially in lower ranks Because you have to hit her… and that’s a pain when she’s doing low dps but still A-D strafing all your shots.
Sadly, the solution to this issue is ‘hit more shots’. And that only comes with practice.

She is only good because the meta is killing enemies as quickly as possible and Moira has good survivability.
I will give you this… She didn’t need her S9 attach angle buff. That is all.

Never. A lot of people play her and they’re scared of losing player count.
I’m going to be honest, her forgiving healing, abilities, damage, and survivability is a little annoying, not because she’s super OP or anything, but she is too strong in the high ranks for such an easy character. And before anyone says anything about skill diff or whatever, I’m a Masters’ support who often plays Moira myself and have found her easy af to do this with. Also, check any tier list made by a top player. Moira is up there even according to them.
thats really saying something considering she was one of (if not the most) useless support before season 9.
If Moira does get a slight nerf, it won’t happen until the season of her Mythic skin ends.
Every single hero who gets the Mythic skin will get a buff to promote people to play them and thus more likely to purchase the mythic skin battlepass.
To the people saying she isn’t too strong. She did technically get a buff in S9. Her damage buff from 50dps to 65 dps was not 1:1 with the health increases of the heroes. But particularly and especially Tracer.
Before, 50DPS = 150hp in 3 seconds. Just right click, no abilities, thats Tracer dead in 3 seconds. Or 75% of a 200HP squishy.
Now, 65DPS = 195hp in 3 seconds. Just right click, no abilities, that’s Tracer dead in less than 3 seconds. Or 78% of a 250HP squishy.
Saying all that, I don’t think she needs much of a nerf. If anything, nerf the Fade CD by 1 second. Because currently she can easily get away with fading in, dmg, live long enough for fade CD to come off, fade out.
When it would previously be sneaking in, dmg, fading out. It’s debatable that she ought to be punished just a little bit more than she currently is for fading in first.
