His elims per 10 don’t decrease at all from Diamond to GM
Like you can try high sens
Or
Use raw Accel and customise sensitivity to change for flicks alone
Or use angle snapping
No one is going to nerf genji cause you have 6 inch mouse pad.
Me go man with hammer, me smash air until ninja man dies.
Go man with hammer sit back and enjoy as his baby does all the work.
Low DPI and Low sens are 2 different thigs. High dpi causes micro jitters that make you miss. 400-800 dpi is the only way to play if you are not dumb. Increase sensitivity tho. I am playing at 4000 eDpi (400x10) and have no problems vs genji.
Shoot him when he’s falling, his trajectory is extremely predictable during that time frame.
Nah in ow the higher dpi you play on the better cause at lower values you can get pixel skipping which is why most pros use 800 or 1600.
you’re tripping. I got maybe 20 minutes of Genji in OW2 and I just rolled an entire lobby in my 2nd ever game on the dude. He is super easy to get value from
Sounds like you got a bad team or your game sense is good. Plus lets see the relpay code
Most pros use 800 because ow is a very tracking based game, and you have false statistics.

And if that is not enough trust my 24 years of FPS experience.
The higher the dpi the more sensitive the mouse is. Human arm and wrist anatomy is unable to be so precise to use benefits of more than 400–800 dots per inch, but at the same time only able to get flaws such as micro jitters which lead to inconsistency. Lower dpi smooths those jitters out and provide consistent aim. Whereas 400 or 800 dpi is a preference, anything above that is deviation and no need.
It established that 400 dpi is better for flicking and 800 is better for tracking.
In other games than overwatch, pros using 400 dpi prevail.
I made an experiment 1 year ago where I converted my 10 in-game sens x 400dpi into 1 ingame x 4000 dpi. I did 100 kills on the same bots in chamber room with widow ashe cree and soldier to test. I placed stats for each dpi use (which were the same sensitivity on paper) in excel doc and compared. It turns out that my performance on 4000 dpi x 1 ingame sens made it 15-30% inconsistent across all four characters (some get 15, some 25, some 30) compared to 400 dpi and 10 sens. It took me over 4 hours and two days, because I repeated it the next day to exclude human factor issue such as bad mood or “bad aim day”. The results were the same. I only got pretty much same results for soldier tho, and 800 dpi was even sligtly better than 400.
You can do one on your own and compare bodyshot and crit accuracy with time spend for each hero to achieve 100 elims.
This was a thing in the past, but modern sensors don’t have this issue.
Sensors being modern have nothing to do with dpi technology and precision they provide which turns into inconsistency the more accurate they are. Your arm and wrist did not improve tho to control that precision.
You follow marketer but not common sense. Do the test and then come back with your results to talk, let’s not waste each other’s time.
Even this market-based video is made by testing the mouse with robot. And that is the main point. You are human, not a robot. They play on human prejudices that say technology is to blame, but not their own personal imperfections. They have to sell somehow, right? Guess what will eventually displace computer mice when everyone realizes they don’t need those thousands of dpi and that they don’t make any difference? They’ll make a device that tracks pupil movement and import that as a gaming mouse. And already there they will play with the values to create a semblance of competition.
Everything you need from a mouse was already invented a long time ago. Namely the absence of sensor tearing at high acceleration - it is impossible to tear sensors nowadays. And an acceptable number of dots per inch to control accuracy. And any possible form and weight factors for your personal comfort.
High dpi is like high speed internet, the same marketing. You pay for a 300 megabit line but in fact you don’t even download anything from torrents, while most resources artificially lower bandwidth in order to function on a large number of streams. And you end up sitting there thinking that you have the best and fastest Internet. The same thing with DPI you just physically can not use that accuracy, it will only emphasize the shortcomings of human anatomy.
