When Are They Gonna Address The Server Issue?

At first I thought it was just me but I’ve seen plenty of others say they’re having issues just like me.

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been having random server connection issues. Once or twice a day I’ll be in queue and just get booted randomly, saying it failed to connect to the server.

Then it happened in Comp, but this time it was in the middle of a game. I got booted back to the home screen, and when I got back to the menu I wasn’t even allowed to rejoin. I just had a leaver penalty timer and that was it

Between the Forums and Reddit I’ve found a few dozen others who have this issue. It would be nice if we could know if Blizzard is aware of this issue. This is the only time I’ve ever “left” a Comp game and been punished for it.

It has never happened to me. It might be a regional thing which decreases the chance that they are aware of it.

I’d suggest you make a post under “Technical support”, you will get better answers than this way.
Could be that you’re loosing data packages on your side or better said on side of your ISP.

You can also troubleshoot it yourself but it takes time to do so.

I’ve never seen anyone from Blizzard actually respond to posts in Bug Report or Technical Support.

I’ve seen quite fast responses from Support, but depends on time of the day and all that.

I’ll post you a few links and you can give it a try yourself, Support will ask you to run some tests either way so why not have them ready in advance.
Pay most attention to first link because it contains links to WinMTR and Looking Glass tests.

This is kinda the starting point, there are other links as well but I don’t want to overload you with links if you never did troubleshooting of this kind before.
