Scatter arrow tilts me the most when it 1 shots me at full HP.

not regrouping up after a wipe or just trickling infinitely. guaranteed loss

dps complaining about no healer or not having a specific one but refuses to switch or asking for healing through walls and complaining

Teammates who throw in competitive, when you get people jumping off the map, sitting in spawn purposely, and/or emote in front of teammates instead of attempting to do their job, it quickly burns my desire to play comp for the season.
Literally why I stopped playing healer as frequently.
I think the moment that most tilted me was when a soldier popped his ult while i was playing mercy in comp, i call into the mic “rein, shield up!” as i dive toward him, and he immediately drops his shield and start swinging at the soldier, who was like twice the distance as his reach from him. of course, i and 2 other squishys die and we lose.
QuickPlay, that tilts me waaaaay too much.
It’s funny I actually don’t get tilted in this game except for one game mode…3v3 lockout elimination
Seriously no amount of losing streaks in competitive can compare to the ones in 3v3

I love calling those players out in chat and watch the rest of the players jump on him as well. The funny thing is when they leave as soon as they say the degrading thing.
I’m talking specifically about the people who are in denial and emboldened due to the anonymity and dehumanizing aspects of interacting with others online. They feel like they can treat people any kind of way and you’re wrong no matter what you say in an argument with them. Even when people try to defuse the situation by telling everyone to focus on the match, they’ll literally say something like…
“No, I’m not going to stop talking. This is why you guys are bad, I’m trying to help you out so you’re not complete trash at this game.”
It’s like those idiots who provoke a fight and then cry assault when they get smacked for being in someone’s face, but since this is online you can’t retaliate.
When I die, and I rush from spawn back to the front lines as quick as I can, and the MOMENT I turn the corner, everyone on my team dies…the 6 enemies spot me and chase me down, and i die again.
When my half my team is hard countered and won’t switch, but yell at ME for “throwing” because I refuse to throw myself at the enemy team and die like they are.
When the enemy team has a great widow and genji, those two can often win a game “all alone” in solo queue. Really, simply HAVING a widow or genji on the opposing team annoys me, I hate those heroes and think they are bad for the game overall.
PharMercy, although this has become less of a problem since Sombra buffs, cause if you can land a hack on that Pharah a few times, she’ll probably switch in frustration.
Having no tanks and 1 healer against a perfect 2-2-2 comp. This happens so often its insane, game REALLY needs a “role queue” that you can’t switch off. Queue as Tank, can only pick from the tank pool, that lets them still switch up a bit, but hold their role.

I had a moment when someone died close in front of our Rein and my rez was up, so I said, “Cover me.” I was behind his shield when I started the cast, and he backed up because enemies were approaching, and I died because I was no longer behind his shield. It was more a facepalm moment, but frustrating nonetheless.
I also hate when they drop their shield when they have like 20% health and I’m trying to heal them and they die because of no cover (or they charge in). I’ve gotten the “I was going to die anyway” response and just…I WAS HEALING YOU. Ugh.
Junkrat. Hate being killed by a stray bomb from a Junkrat spamming from halfway across the map. No one can even shoot his riptire or they forget they can so if I’m a healer I may as well just stand still and accept my fate when I hear his ult. Such an annoying hero to play against.

Two things mainly.

Someone who knows their pick isn’t working, knows we need something and yells at the team to take one but won’t do it themselves.

Someone who is over extending/going solo every time and then raging at the healers and rest of the team for not helping them.
Basically I suppose I hate those who blame others for their own faults.

I hate being killed by no skill abilities ie: junk tire. Out skill me out play me but it sucks to be killed and lose because a lessor skilled player is using a ability that gets value without having any skill

Junkrat in FFA is literally the only thing that tilts me
ignorant and selfish players , for example im fighting a roadhog as mccree we are both low but he will propably kill me withh very low hp left-my dva flies exact at the right moment to me but instead of using matrix she does dmg so i die and she gets the kill -GREAT .
or tanks who fear to walk forward and engage and just stay at the choke …
