Juno nerf ?? Tank got DPS buff (the D.VA dmg patch) and now this zarya buff ?? Why does tank need a dps buff ??

Imagine weak heroes needing buffs. What a head scratcher 
As to why they nerfed heroes like Hanzo on the other hand beats everyone. Not sure why they would do something like that instead of buffing him too
