How so? There are other ultimate lines that have been changed when having a certain skin equipped. Besides, It can just be exclusive to the user.
And for seeing Rein as a judge… Well, I can’t help you there. I saw it because I thought it’d be funny to see him running around smacking people with a massive gavel that somehow became it’s own concept.

Usually when ult lines change it’s by one word like Oni Genji and Cultist Zenyatta.
Yes, however, these two phrases share the same implication.
When one hears the phrase “Order in the court” he/she/it is most likely to imagine someone, a judge, slamming down a gavel, which is technically a hammer. The same thing that Reinhardt would technically be doing while using his ult.
“Hammer down” and “Order in the court” invoke the same mental image, Is what I’m essentially trying to say.

That’s true, but a lot of the time you need to make a split second reaction when it comes to Earthshatter, which is why I don’t think he’ll get an alternate voice line.
