According to the Overwatch League Replay Viewer, the last tournament patch was 1.51.1 which was released to the live game on August 13th.
I’ve been building an overwatch owl stats viewer, but like trying to find a patch list has been “difficult” I’ll use the regular one and just warn the users it isn’t always right.
