Currently in game, when Torb sees Bastion he says “stop following me around! shoo!” and Bastion replies “sad beeee booopp…”
In Overwatch 2 however, the devs made it clear that Bastion lives with Torb now, and that Torb give him his favorite hat, they’re like best friends in Overwatch 2 bascially.
I wanna know, what made Torb have a change in heart towards Bastion? he used to dislike him.

you must also consider that OW 2 could update many of the hero voicelines. one example is Symmetra’s criticisms of Zenyatta’s human understanding. after their last story it is likely that we will not hear them again in the future.
