I haven’t received a note for the people that I report who are soft-throwing. It’s not obvious during the game, but it is VERY obvious when looking at the replay.
These probably go unnoticed even when reported because the ones that do get punished are the ones that are reported by anyone, i.e. people who are VERY obviously throwing (like throwing themselves off a ledge for no reason, multiple times)
