I can totally undertand where you are coming from but I think it’s a little bit harder than that.
Where do you draw the line between “he doesn’t want to swap / he is losing us the game” and “I think he doesn’t swap and that is why we are losing”.
Imo. there is a very thin line between those things.
A Pharah can be picked into 2 hitscans with the right support and only because fight maybe do not turn out the way they should doesn’t mean that it is her fault.
Maybe the support misses half of their shots without anyone noticing it or maybe the tank totally missplayed.
It’s not that easy to decide if someone is losing you the game by not swapping or if the mistakes other people do add up to bring you the loss.
