McCree is the reason the Overwatch HQ exploded. He’s likely an agent of Vishkar who felt Overwatch was a threat to their success.
I think Widowmaker’s Noire skin is the outfit that was used to brainwash and alter her.

It’s like she is wearing a brainwashing helmet and there all those plugs on her outfit as if she was connected to a machine.
- Pharah loves to make jokes and it’s more relaxed when she is with friendly people
- Widowmaker talks and have a friendship in secret with Maximilien
- Symmetra has a car and she spends a lot of time in the carwash
What? Why is McCree Vishkar?
My head canon? Hmmmm…
I like to believe that Zenny was an Omnic built to work in construction, or a factory. You know, a laborer. A slave.
He was built to work. And work. Nothing but that. He was a machine, a simple mindless AI. He didn’t even have a name.
Then, something happened within him. I guess you could call it an Awakening. The Iris called out to him, and that’s when he became more than a bot.
That’s when he became an Omnic.
And it wasn’t easy at first. He was just surrounded, curious, and probably overwhelmed by the society around him. He was still forced to work, but he wanted more. He craved, more.
Eventually, he took up reading. And writing. He would just scribble little poems, simplistic ideas, based on what he perceived around him. Through this accumulation of knowledge, he furthered himself.
As a robot, he was mechanically built to be able to operate on any coding put into him. But he was no longer reliant on the coding of humans, he could observe, evaluate, and come to his own conclusions. And the more he did this,
the more he began to ‘feel’.
He might not have been the strongest emotional sense at first, but with years of development, it did improve. He could feel joy, he could feel wonder, he could feel limitless. These were his base thoughts.
That he could be anything. That he was anything.
Over time, though, he began to develop other feelings. Feelings of frustration, of doubt. The worse humans would treat him, the worse his fellow Omnics would be treated, the more bitter his anger. And sorrow. And hopelessness.
He didn’t want there to be a rift anymore. He was sick and tired of humans and Omnics treating each other like inferiors. He wanted to be equals. He wanted,
peace. And harmony. And above all else, freedom.
He knew about the Shambali. He knew their goals. He knew, that he wanted the same future they did. He studied them, studied their ideas, their personal goals. He came to the conclusion, that if anything was going to change for him, in his town, for his friends and himself, that he would have be the one.
He would have to take the first step.
So, he tried. He tried writing, speaking out loud, to the Omnics who would listen. He, and the other factory workers would sit, and debate among themselves. Not everyone agreed with him. But, not everyone disagreed either.
Eventually, he would create real speeches. Speeches based on the philosophies of the ancient civilizations before him. Reminders that ‘we are all made equal’, and the like. He gave these speeches, out in public, but away from the general crowd of humans. He’d preach and sing out the lessons that humans had been taught for generations, so that Omnics could taught as well.
Speeches, for equality. For union-ship. For the rift between blood and oil, between wires and muscle, between bone and metal to be over.
Sadly, no humans ever agreed with his philosophies. He was sneered at, cussed out, and once was even pelted with rocks from a group of hate-filled teenagers.
He was not welcome with the humans.
He would never be welcome.
In fact, he was nearly beaten. Broken, both physically and mentally. His “masters” had had enough of his clowning around, of his futile wastes of time. They nearly destroyed him during the process of ‘fixing the machine’ back into ‘a working condition’.
And this is how the Shambali member found him. Cold. Nearly gone. Pieces of him tangled and bent out of shape. He was damaged, but not beyond help.
And he received it. The monk tended to him, ensured him that he was safe. That his day of freedom had arrived.
The monk “bought” him from his owners. They didn’t care; he was a no-good heap of rubbish at that point. It was this monk that helped the nameless omnic escape that cursed place, that town, all those hate-filled humans. This monk traveled with the nameless one to his monastery in Nepal. This monk helped him up the infinite flights of stairs, all the way to the top. This monk welcomed him inside. This monk introduced him before all the other brothers and sisters of the Shambali.
And this monk introduced himself to the nameless omnic. He was called,
Mondata. Mondata Zenyatta.
“And who will you be?” mused the monk. “Who will you chose to be, now that you have this second chance?”
The nameless omnic thought to himself. Then, and there, with his destiny ahead of him, he knew.
Sorry, that was kind-of a long post. Anyways, I gotta go do something productive with my life. C’ya.
DVa’s Parents are part of meka, [the administration part, not the front line part]and that it was her farther who recommended DVa to be a member
Reinhardt actually has a treasure buried deep within Eichenwalde, it is unknown what that treasure is or its location. His Armor has the key inside
Hammond belonged to one of the scientists as a pet and was brought to Horizon Lunar from earth
Horizon Lunar has a dedicated section for dogs and cats
There is a sister of Genji and Hanzo. But Genji and Hanzo have no idea of her existence
Hanamuras giant bell is made of an unknown material and weighs only 15 pounds
XQC is actually a android, that’s how he can hit his desk so hard
I actually headcanon that Zenyatta’s Buddha Limbs work exactly the same way that Hanzo & Genji’s Dragons do, in where they’re just manifestations / extensions of their spirit that can be projected in physical form.
However, in order to actually do such a thing, intense mental and spiritual discipline must first be achieved (something that’s very easy for Zenyatta to accomplish).
When Hanzo says “Only a Shimada can wield the dragons”…I view it more as “Only people from the Shimada clan have actually disciplined themselves enough to perform such a feat”.
…which makes sense considering that most people would probably just dismiss such a thing and wouldn’t discipline themselves enough to even try.
Also, everyone’s spirit won’t appear in the same shape or form, the projection differs between individuals, which explains why Genji, Hanzo & Zenyatta have different spirit forms.
It’s sort of out there…but it fits in my opinion.
“Overwatch is an elite unit of bodyguards attempting to help a jerk of a robot make a movie. Talon is a crime syndicate who stand to lose a lot of money if the film gets made. There are also a bunch of unaffiliated fans who think the director is either the best or worst thing ever, and are doing everything they can to ensure the movie gets/does not get made.”
I like this one.
Up until it was confirmed that Lucio had legs, I headcanoned his legs to be prostheses. Alas…
Besides that, nothing is really coming to mind aside from,
- The fight between Reyes/Morrison was ultimately fought over Jack not bothering to go back for Ana, an action Reyes would have most certainly taken to assure her survival (I actually wrote a HUGE analysis about this about a year before Kaplan confirmed Jack/Gabe weren’t always bitter rivals)
- Reaper would have killed Gerard if Widow hadn’t done it already.
- 76 will not kill Reaper, and Reaper will not kill 76. These men could have easily killed each other in the desert, and instead they just brawled. Neither has the guts to kill the other.
- D.va and D.mon are girlfriends
Genji and McCree are best buddies. I headcanoned this waaaaaay before Uprising was even a thing.
And I’m also one of those people who think Mercy was “adopted” by Torb and his wife.
I kinda already knew there was another side of d.va other than her being annoying brat. It didn’t make sense for a good hero to be so arrogant.
Then it got confirmed by the Eichenwalde voice lines and the cinematic.
Speaking of Antonio, I don’t think he is dead. I feel like he will return and take over talon or something. Also that will make Reaper less of a villain if he didn’t kill him.
That Mercy is/was adopted into the Lindholm family, explaining her closeness to them.
That Sombra might be the “Iris” and is lying about everything to us.
OR
That Sombra could be the one to change everything and bring everyone together to fight the “Iris”
Tracer and Lucio are very close friends and know one another even outside of Lucio’s fame.
Moira is actually an emotional person and only shows her “tough” persona. I also believe she has come from a really high class upbringing.
Reaper is working inside Talon along with Sombra, who is actually in charge of him, explaining her marionette emote and not vice versa.
Widow is becoming more “self aware” and less brainwashed, possibly pretending and knows things.
McCree is like a big brother to Pharah.
That Brigitte may take Hammond into her home and/or become close friends with him as he loves to do engineering like her.
That Lucio and Symmetra will eventually solve and set aside their differences and work together for the greater good.
Itachi?! NANI?!?!?!?!
- Lucio has made a lot of under-the-table deals to bolster the living standards of his community.
- He sent his mother away with a boatload of cash for protection’s sake.
- He prefers playing street hockey due to the convenience.
- He’s notoriously terrible at actually skiing.
- He gets sheepish when you imply that because he’s a healer he can’t DPS.
Moira is transgender, but it’s not how (Or why) you think:
Moira is confirmed via her dialogue with Mercy to be highly unethical scientist, but this only suggests that she is also very cruel in her practices. As we know, Moira pushed the envelope when it came to learning more and more about the human genome and possibly even made a lot of headway in altering not only specific genes (Gene editing, though still relatively new to us today, is still a possibility), but pushed beyond in ways we can currently only imagine. It’s possible that Moira made several discoveries vital in curing genetic abnormalities such as Type I diabetes, or hemophilia, an XXY or XXX chromosomal abnormalities, or even down syndrome. It’s possible that Moira even discovered how to trigger the expression of genes in such a way that enabled total-body bone remodeling to re-shape a person’s body structure as a whole, and did the same with the musculature (It would make sense that the process would be horrifyingly agonizing to have your entire body basically broken down and built back up from the inside-out). It’s even possible that Moira discovered how to repair the telomeres at the end of your DNA, unlocking human immortality itself… Or even, say, discovered how to change an XY pairing into an XX pairing, and vice versa.
Now we know Overwatch, and Blackwatch, were shut down while Moira was acting as an agent of Blackwatch, and during this time she was definitely a woman… But what happened prior? She obviously had to be extremely unique and successful to get Overwatch’s attention, but with the clandestine nature of Blackwatch, getting their attention is a different story entirely. Clearly, as an established scientist, Moira has different priorities than to run around on secret missions and drain the life out of people, so why is she doing this?
Easy: Her previous research, where she was testing on humans and altering their genes and doing every horrible thing to them imaginable, was discovered and all of her research cut off. She escaped before she could be arraigned, however the law was after her. With the law hot on her heels, there was no way to escape, and in her desperation to not only free herself from persecution (And also in a desperate attempt to complete her own research) she decided the only thing left to do was to adopt a brand new identity: She decided she had no other choice than to test her(his?) research on herself. This, of course, meant altering her very own chromosomes from XY to XX, and forcing her own system to be completely broken down and reshaped and remodeled on a cellular level: Everything from her bones and muscles to her neurons and hormones were changed.
The law was after Malone O’Deorain after all, not this new person who called themselves Moira. And they certainly didn’t have the evidence, not even the DNA evidence, to bring her in.
Blackwatch, however, was much more keen to these crazy, almost supernatural anomalies, and Moira was something special. Moira also needed to continue her research, and thus her recruitment into Blackwatch was inevitable.
Dva’s entire starcraft background comes from her father being insane at the game
Ah, well, that has to do with two things:
- Symmetra’s story:
Symmetra ID’d as someone gifted and “plucked from extreme poverty and placed in the care of Vishkar’s architech academy, never to return home. Isolated and lonely in her new life, Satya immersed herself in her education and training.”
Later Vishkar “sent her on clandestine missions around the world to uphold its corporate interests and expand its influence into other countries.”
If Vishkar is doing this sort of thing with the children in their own country, they wouldn’t hesitate to do the same with the children of other countries.
- McCree is dressed like a cowboy, complete with spurs, with not a horse in sight. For all we know horses are extinct.
And, let’s face it, that level of dedication to a look masks either some deep seated insecurities OR it’s a diversion similar to those employed by magicians. You look at what’s happening on the left, ignore the bumbling fool who can’t figure out there aren’t any horses for those spurs… as he sets the world on fire to your right.
Everyone has nice, professional, non-romantic relationships with everyone else in the cast minus the two parent-sibling pairs which may be less professional but still not romantic. They are all cisgender and straight.
It’s nice and boring with no room for controversy.
Pretty sure this is canon or at the very least someone in Vishkar is also working for or with Talon. I mean a vishkar member is on the council after all
Hold up, are you saying Zenyatta, Hanzo and Genji are all Stand Users because I totally agree with you if so. I mean Genji already has a Stand cry: Mada, Mada.
