They do have enough players to balance MM but they don’t want to.
They kind of “disabled” match making for the most part. Until a few leagues ago there just was a big span now it’s almost non-existent anymore (if at all).
They did this to shorten the queue times because the zoomers that got into the game need their maximum wait time of 5 seconds or they lose interest.
I wouldn’t mind waiting a minute for a match if that means that I don’t have to play with 2-3 new accounts (While I play since OW started) while the enemy team is only made up by long lasting accounts or groups.
Same with general stuff like my team being either non-comp/low rank and the opposite team is a horde of plat+ players that of course wipe the floor with us.
The really good matches with fair teams have gone veeeerrrryyy thin. Today I only had one really fun match where both teams had fun, it was difficult for both sides, it was a super fair fight. I loved that match and wished it would have gone longer.
Rare on EU? Bro, Almost 70% of my matches in the last 2 weeks have been FILLED with new accounts. It’s a damn nightmare because I’ve never seen the enemy with up to 4 new accounts too.
