What is this gross Zzz meta?

I heavily encourage them to either balance tanks individually but more frequently than twice a season…

Or either only buff under performers, or only nerf over performers

Because when they buff some and nerf some we just swing the pendulum WAY too much and it removes some tanks from play and forces some into meta because the buffs to them + nerfs to others = overbearing power shift that forces a meta

I think if they got rid of tank wide passive, and gave each tank and individual unique passive that worked for their kit and playstyle, they could be creative enough to balance down the rock paper scizzors BS. But they’re not that creative in balancing.
