that is because most players do not appreciate those who are excessively vulgar or ignorant to the others they are playing with
why would I enjoy playing with someone who spends the entire game complaining or harassing other players? even if it is towards someone else, or the enemies, it is not okay.
if someone gets reported for making jokes or being “a little mischievous”, that is different from wondering why you have been actioned after performing clearly actionable behavior
