Agree, people dont learn how to play overwatch in QP or in lower ranks.
And of course hero based SR/MMR would also fix this problem.
A winston that dives like that would have a very low SR/MMR.
Until he learns he should dive the backline where there is no enemy tank(rein) or CC.
