I was gonna say doomfist and Orisa… But they just got some. If this post was 2 weeks earlier, I would have said them.

But NON OWL skins are,

  • Ana (Winter)
  • Pharah (Chinese New Year)
  • Reinhardt (Crusader)
  • Genji (Summer games???)
  • Dva (Black cat)
  • Bastion (Winter)
  • Zenyatta (Cultist/carbon fiber)
  • Roadhog (Ice fisherman)
  • Tracer (Summer games??)

These are all just guesses, as the wiki doesn’t have dates, just skins.

Zenyatta hasnt gotten one in a while.

I don’t think Dva has either

Genji got the china skin not that long ago, Tracer had the Gaffiti sakin 1 year ago (Legendery) and epic one this year, Bastion had Stealth skin this event.

Ah yes, I forgot about the stealth skin.

Tracer’s skin wasn’t legendary and I thought we were focusing on those. I was trying to focus on the heroes that haven’t gotten a legendary (or likewise) skin in the past couple of patches.

If we’re gonna include non legendary skins, then Zenyatta got a Carbon fiber skin as well.

The Wiki doesn’t have “Year of the Dog” as a thing, only “Year of the Rooster” because something’s not right here.

Again, I can’t tell dates, but this is my list.

Mei got one during Retribution.

Mercy just got the BCRF skin

McCree just got the sherlock holmes skin.

Depends… if by Event skins, it’s Reinhardt (year of the Rooster, also his ONLY legendary event skin).

Zen had one with the last Halloween, so maybe him as well?

Rein did get a base lootbox legendary but lets be honest, do they really count compared to exclusive one-time-a-year skins?

Of all heroes Tracer did not get a legendary skin for the longest time. Her last one was Graffiti from 2017 Anniversary.

Reinhardt (lunar New Year 2017) and D.Va (Anniversary 2017). Only ones that have gone a year now, though Winston previously held the title by going from LNY 2017 to uprising 2018. No love for the tanks smh, especially since Orisa went from uprising 2017 to anniversary 2018.

I’m really rooting for an event D.va skin, she hasn’t gotten an event one since last year’s anniversary. I think there is solid potential for a summer or Halloween skin for her

Have you seen what they did with her spinal column on Pajama Mei? Can you imagine what monstrosity they’d create if she was in a bikini? lol

It used to be Tracer, since she went one whole year without getting a new skin (and the one she does get is really crappy due to the hairstyle)

Right now, if we’re counting event skins it’s Reinhardt since he didn’t get a event skin since Lunar New Year 2017. If we’re talking skins in general then it’s D.va as she hasn’t gotten a new skin at all since last Anniversary.
