Genji gets deleted by beams, Rein gets destroyed by the horse/hog and flying heroes, Mercy is straight up just one of the worst supports currently and is way too reliant on DPS carrying to even win, Ana can’t do nothing against a coordinated dive with Kiriko just being her main counter and is played a lot.

Moira is the closest thing to a genji counter.
The rest is simply wrong and biased to the skies with pick rates being a proof of that.
Ball? Really? Ball gets shutdown by Sombra. And requires a team that knows how to play with Ball.

can’t answer the question, as bad players vs good players throw the entire hero balance on its head.
would say stuff like phraa reaper but as soon as a really decent hitscan enters the field they are gabage, but you first need to find decent hitscan players.
one then can also say tracer is op, but I have yet to see a non free win against one, skill brackets and so on. She’s the easiest hero to punish when played suboptimal.
reaper on the other hand can be played like garbage into garbage and he wins almost every time. unless he plays into no garbage then he is hot garbage himself.
So all in all, maybe moira as regardless what you are, she will make you better. make you die less and you overall won’t be throwing, but even thats imho wrong assuming you could frag heads like jjonak.
regardless the hero, either bottom bronze or top gm will not make it work or is throwing doing so.
Sure, teammates can cover for any weaknesses. But that isn’t the discussion at hand.

If you use your brain and team play rein is very viable in many positions. I am saying he is good without a lucio death ball comp that goes high ground together to gut the enemy camping it? No, but if you bother doing it he will be alright.

Mercy is only a bad pick when her team is uncoordinated trash. Even with non-hitscan Mercy is insanely effective when well coordinated.

Stating that her weakness is the player mistiming/misusing one of her skills is silly. This is true for any Hero. This is not a weakness.
