It was a soft fuzzy coinpurse of Hammonds face with little whiskers, my friend adores hammond and I’m sad its disappeared along with the yeti slippers since that was my backup item lol
There was a little statue of snowball that had a LCD face and floated (using magnets i think)
I was contemplating pre ordering it but now i cant find it on the site
It better come back, I want it so badly. Please no more of one store having a ton of exclusive stuff compared to the rest that is what annoyed me of the last vendor.
Saw videos of Snowball one, good to look at I guess but the gimmick wears off really fast for the price tag and such. But very cute idea.
It seems all of the statues went up in price as well. I’m glad I bought my Mercy statue when it was on sale.
It does look like a lot of items are missing. The “newest items” are also totally out of order, probably because they were all added at the same time on the new store.
It is worth noting that, even on the old store, they would rotate various items in and out of availability every month or two.

My friend is looking forward the most at buying the Mei statue at Blizzcon. It’s three weeks away, so all this ruckus might die down by then. He’s freaking out he might not be able to get it now.
The new store seems to be working faster than the previous one. But do we need a new account for it? My previous (plain Blizzard) account doesn’t let me log in…
But yeah, a lot of items are missing, even with a quick glance. And it doesn’t let me switch between US and EU… weird. Here’s hoping they get things fixed soon, because I was already waiting for the next sale to arrive.

I already contacted the support about the login issue and the missing items. I will you, and everyone else, know when I have received an answer.
From my thread where I asked if the store changed, I was told you need to make a new account as it is different from your Blizzard account, it is purely for the vendor, or whatever you call the dudes selling stuff for Blizzard the word won’t come to my mind.
The Lucio statue is also missing.
For sure it sounds like they are slow securing stock, again most likely rushed out maybe due to contract with old vendor? but rushed store out but not got the rights I guess for all the items yet or cannot get all of them yet.
I dont follow the gear store, but i assume it was a resin statue your refering to?
Those are very expensive and take time to make usually needing hands-on finishes machines dont do so if its gone either…
- not enough people were buying it
- it got too many back order
- The decided to no longer produce them
- its going to be up to a new manufacture or shop to produce and why it’s no longer listed.
There seems a lot more items missing then just those 2 statues. The yeti slippers, Hammond umbrella and more are also missing. (Some WOW statues as well.)

not to mention that the lucio figure is also missing and he has nothing to do with the current outrage

Maybe it’s because they are blocking by region?
I can no longer access the USA store that has different reaper stuff, to what is on the UK store… I was planning on buying myself the long sleeve reaper t-shirt… which is never gonna come here because it’s not fashionable here.
