What happend to new voice lines?

…at least I assume those missing items in BP are voice lines. Any info, what´s going on?

Season 11 Voice Lines are Disabled

Hello Heroes, We’ve recently encountered an issue where new voice lines introduced in the current patch were not working correctly, causing them to be heard through an entire map regardless of proximity to other players. Because this causes a significant disruption in game play, we are disabling these voice lines until we can correct the issue in a future update.
