I… tried. Like so hard to get into it but the repetitive nature just turned me away and had to drop it after like 20 hours. It was fun while it lasted, my brain is just not a fan of scaling as much.
Apex didn’t click with me which sucks cause it looks like a great shooter. Maybe I’m a more casual player than I thought, kinda stressful which is weird cause I play Fortnite and kinda the same lol
Maplestory is still up? I knew people that played them in high school. Elden ring is next after I beat Bloodborne.

I kinda stay away from it from the back toxic experience from the community. Low level and people expect pro level plays from you and I’m like ‘DONE!’ Uninstall.
Might be a while, she left a bad mark from the over buff the devs gave her. She might get a slight bump in power but not much where she melts again.
I’m so tempted to install it and try it. There’s like 40 expansions right? Will I be so behind if I start fresh?

Hey guess, what? I never played Battlefield 2042 and I posted actively on the subreddit about varies things because… check out this wild concept:

It starts at 2.0 (A Realm Reborn), then goes up to 6.0 (6.3 is coming in January.) So the base game and then 4 current expansions. They do the thing where if you buy the latest expansion you get all the previous expansions for free. But even if you start fresh, it’s not too bad. They do a lot of stuff to promote people running older content. And it’s got a lot of catch-up stuff for people, so it’s not like if you’d have to start from scratch if you wanted to get into current-tier Savage stuff.
It depends on what you want out of it, but there’s a ton of stuff to do. Like I’ve been loving Blue Mage stuff, even though it’s just completely optional.
If you want to give it a try though, the free trial is insane. They limit some stuff like you can’t trade with other players or use the market board (probably to prevent RMT and such,) but if you’re on the free trial you can play through the whole base game and the first expansion for free. I think it’s a really fun game, but if you’ve been wanting to try it out I’d say try the trial. If you like it you can buy the game and Endwalker and keep all the progress you made from the trial.
I mostly play with irl friends I know, but the game is a blast. It’s been getting free updates since it came out, too. Like they’ve given every Dwarf a new primary and secondary weapon, overclocks for them, and next they’re all getting new grenades. Plus new maps and mission types.
The only one you’re trying to convince is yourself at this point.
Gotcha, every number after 2 is an expansion, that makes sense. I need a game with stuff to keep me occupied cause I got more free time than I should (wfh commission work). Oh the trial is free? Now this might be an install tomorrow, I tried playing it last year but it was when the servers were congested and no one could even buy the game.
I had a fun time playing FFXII so I would love to play something like that again.
Oh gotta love when these PvE games just keep adding more content! I’m gonna drop like $100-140 this weekend on some games to last me a while and this will be one of them. FFXIV will be a buy if it hooks me for sure along with a few others on here (Hades, Fallout 3 & 4, new RE after I play RE3 for PS1, Divinity)

The yakuza games are essentially like the rockstar game bully in game mechanics, but with over the top yakuza crime melodrama and slapstick comedy.
I’ve been playing Deep Rock Galactic and Persona 4… I still cycle some OW 2 and MTG arena into it (Need to get that Super Saiyan Junker Queen Skin).

Oh yeah, that was when they launched the latest expansion. It was huge queues for everyone and they had to stop selling the game for a bit until they could get some more servers up.
But yeah, the free trial is A Realm Reborn and Heavensward. And depending on how completionist you are there’s always stuff to do aside from main story progression. Hunts, Blue Mage, all the Gold Saucer stuff like chocobo racing, Triple Triad cards, and mahjong, PvP with either Frontlines or Crystalline Conflict, etc., etc. But if you’ve got time and hard drive space, I’d say to give it a try. Worse comes to worst and you don’t like it, you’re not out any cash.
If you like the story of games, I’ll say that FFXIV has a great one. But it’s a loooot of setup and a long burn, but leads to some absolutely amazing payoffs.

I would consider disco elysium an rpg with an emphasis on dialogue based on the stats u put into ur character
One that dives into the deep part of human pysche, based on ur character who essentially went on a huge bender and cant remember anything, which u reconstruct the past along the way
I finally got horizon forbidden west a couple weeks ago so i been on that a lot. I prefer narrative driven open world games like that… the arkhams, spiderman, farcry, etc.
im working on control and ghost of tsushima rn… i started immortals fenix rising a while back as well- gotta get back to that.
I also have all the AC games that im slowly working through from start to finish. On ac3 rn but havent been playing those recently. Got burnt out on em.
I still play OW tho. But jus a couple days a week… if that.

Nexon is the most profitable gaming company in South Korea and it’s owner is the richest person in the country and Maple is one of its biggest games so they keep updating it, the 51st (or 52nd cant remember) new class just got released in Korea and coming this summer to global servers
