@Jeff or anyone who can help me I play OW on xbox and play mercy i have like 500 hours overall on this hero and like her very much and make sure to get everything for her so this event came out and she got her new skin i was quick to get it i had everything for mercy but when the event ended and i updated the game the skin was gone now i’m missing one thing to complete all for mercy this really sucks because i love the skin and i bought it so i’m confused how it just went away
