What does this error code, ID mean? (Starcraft 2)

ID: 3A5863F3-CD1D-4889-B0ED-CC309358DA31

does not start starcraft 2. does not write a specific error where to look or what it might be! I ask for your help in this!

What I have done several times so far:
check and repair.
Update check.
Compatibility setting.
run in administrator mode.
Add or deactivate a virus writer.
