It’s an ok buff in the right circumstances but she still needs more.
She’s lost a fair chunk of the reasons you’d play her over another healer with no clean identity insight.
The only thing she has going for her is her healing/damage orb being unaffected by barriers and a quick charging coalescence (which has since been nerfed) passing through barriers to heal and damage.
But given how much damage has increased overtime being a healbot just doesn’t cut it and why having utility is important. Something which Moira lacks.
