Currently I have an i7-9700k 3.6 ghz chipset, a Nvidia RTX 2070 Super 8gb video card, 16gb of ram, and a 1tb NVMe SSD. Will that be good enough to stream this game at Ultra?
I would evaluate that yes, it should be able to run at Ultra or Epic settings. Please note though that no matter how powerful your system is, you will comprise on input/output lag with increased system graphics. You can measure how much of a difference in performance you get in the NetGraph (press Ctrl+Shift+N to open/close the NetGraph) and keep an eye on the SIM rate.
