Sombra reminds me of Yelena Fedorova from Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Same hair style and both all cyberneticy. Plus, the first time you see her drops down invisible does the landing pose that Sombra does in the short, decloaks, kills some fool with an SMG which she holds in one hand (although she has two) and then turns invisible again.
