Torb places a turret on the ground. It shoots at enemies and does attacking for the player.

I would say turret users.
Torb and Sym. I’ve seen games where turrets won a game only cause the enemy team was too dumb or too busy to shoot them and just kept getting mowed down.
That in of itself needs no input from the user.
I kinda suspect that any hero would work under those conditions pretty easily.

placing a turret and letting it turret is 0 skill.
that turret getting you 30 elims in and of itself is 0 skill.
I think Turret placement requires skill.
it can. but just throwing it anywhere and it being ignored to net you kills does not.
I don’t think that translates to Torb requiring no skill.
Also, placing it in spawn doesn’t usually do much.
If anything I think the argument of “no heroes requires skill” is what you are showing.
You don’t need skill to stand in front of the turret and be shot…

No characters take 0 skill. Moira is super easy to get a lot of base value on tho. It still takes skill to do well consistently with her tho, just not very much aim.

Nuh I wouldn’t compare her to Moira. Mei takes game sense with her use of utility and some mechanical skill.
Moria (barely need to aim)
Junkrat (ever since the projectile change he became even more braindead)
Dva (you literally just boost into an enemy waste every cooldown then boost out)
