Dive but i think counter dive(CC/high damage) setups will work too(at least against the weaker dive teams).
I think the changes on dva are to minor to change his pick rate and his matrix is unique(unbreakable shield) and still very useful even if the down time went from 1 second to 2 seconds. The time he can keep up the matrix is still the same. So it isn’t spammable any more(more skill bases).
