My opinion? It does exist FME at least in lower elo on certain roles/heroes. In OCE in particular, bronze was really hard to get out of as a support role. And once I got out, climbing got so much easier and more consistent that I went from 1500SR to 1900SR in no time and eventually got bored with the game.
For some reason though, whenever I tried playing bronze games in NA using VPN, climbing was much easier (or at least doable) compared to OCE despite having 300+ ping (I usually get 50ms in my own server, OCE). Bronze players have my deepest sympathies. It's total hell - #12 by Heinstar-6822
