If you mean trust levels, then they effect the amount of permissions a certain user has.

I’m not really sure that there’s any difference between levels 0 - 2, but for level 3 you get the ability to post clickable links, pictures, videos, and create “mini wiki’s” that can be edited by anyone.

These forums use Discourse, but the specifics might have been customized.
You are level 2, you need to read 10k more posts to reach level 3. If you want to grind it, I’ve heard the Mercy megathread is a good place.

I dono man, I’m still level 2 with over 20k. I just spent a quite some time farming up to 20k from that mercy thread.
