its alot harder to bait the enemy rein then it was to just shield bash him. pre brig you would burn the shield down or have like a mccree flash bang above it.
post brig you just had her get close enough to stun, slam wam bam

i guess it would be a good move to make a new tank that counters shatter specifically, without being a barrier tank himself (dont ask me on how to actually do that lol).
so that rein isnt the best counter to himself anymore in the tank bracket.
I totally agree, because tanks and healers dictate metas. I fear with Brigitte nerf, Reinhardt could become the most powerful tank in the game and triple tanks/supports comp will remain a must anyway.
I think he could see some nerfs, and some buffs to his counters, for example Mei
The OP is half trolling and half serious. Some of what they said definitely has validity to it. Rein is probably the highest picked hero right now. Just checked it up to diamond highest picked with him swapping places with Depending on what rank
with all this burst dmg, he doesnt even need a counter…
I don’t think Rein should be nerfed, but it’s not looking good with his counters being so bad. Doomfist and Brig are both being unnecessarily nerfed out of relevance and Sombra and Hammond are both undertuned.
Reinhardt needs competition, I think some minor nerfs and big buffs for orisa and Winston will accomplish this
