This irks me a lot more than it should. Full disclosure: I personally think Tracer being the top dog of the DPS caste is absolutely fine given her difficulty, however once they announce that they’re going to be nerfing her and come out with these pitiful excuses it just feels like something to sate the masses. 1 Sec tacked onto Recall is comical.

Do not go in the same sentence. Him and Tracer are not too far away in terms of power, ideally I thought they were going to bring Tracer to his level.
