Uhh none of the heroes on your nerf list needs a nerf. Like, Sombra and McCree could use the power focus shuffled around in their kit a little bit (Sombra more so than McCree), but neither needs a net nerf
Your… buff list is better, but I wouldn’t include Reinhardt or Mercy (Mercy could receive similar treatment to Sombra/McCree, though).
My list for nerfs would be:
1- Ana
2- Hanzo
3- Widowmaker
4- That… is it actually, and I’d add the caveat that at least Widowmaker should receive some power shifts in her kit to buff her at lower ranks, so that “nerf” may end up being a net zero change.
For buffs?
1- Bastion
2- Pharah
3- Sombra (w/ kit focus shift)
4- Baptiste
5- Junkrat
