Because oneshot mechanics that require little skill and have little counterplay are bad design. E.g. Doomfist and Hanzo.

I agree with Doom, Hanzo at least takes aiming near someone and not having a massive hitbox that can miss you by a mile and still punch you into a wall 
You do know it requires little skill to A+D strafe…
or you know, shoot him whist he’s charging up…
This happens every time he becomes remotely viable.
Doomfist is the most hated hero in the game.
The only Doomfist players I hate are those on my team who jump into 1vX situations with no escape plan and dying screaming for heals beyond any support’s ability to help.
I’m a terrible player with aim so bad I can’t hitscan to save my life, but the first time I played Ana in Comp, the enemy had a Doomfist who was so bad it seemed like he was a sleep dart addict …

i really dont have a problem with doom but i do target or concentrate on trying to kill him more then most heroes. also i will tend to pick pharah if i see him or go brigitte. i dont have a problem with him tho hes not one of my most hated heroes…
i still hate lucio, hammond and roadhog more
