So amazing, Hulk. The “second team” will manage to add drives NEXT season. They heard us loud and clear. Awesome. And even crazier is that we get unranked the season after that. They just keep knocking it out of the park. How do they do it?!

Oh, yes, Stadium is my life. I hope they stop balancing the main game and just make it Stadium. Maybe in season 20 they can add the quality of life feature that really makes people change their mind on the game… Enhanced build pathing. It’s going pretty well so far. Another dozen cashflow nerfs or so and I believe the mode will be where it should be.

Having Unranked next season would have been cool, mostly because it might have been easier to get friends into Stadium, but I’ll still enjoy Comp Stadium anyway.
The backfill feature is unexpected, but very welcomed.
It all sounds like progress to me. Hopefully the rest of the fanbase is as enthusiastic about S17 as me. I’m looking forward to it!

Great to see the time and effort being put into Stadium. I’ve really enjoyed it this season and hope it continues to iterate and improve.
If I had to make one request about content… As much as new heroes are cool and probably what the masses are demanding, I personally would like to see more maps being added and focused on. My main drawback from this season is that the map pool feels kinda small and I’m not sure 2 maps a season will be enough?

Loving it so far, can’t wait for draft mode. Also we got a sneak peak of the anti air item in that picture.
So much focus on an unneeded addition to ow… splitting the player base for crappy modes sucks. Fix your main modes and add more to them. Stadium is just not a fun concept, especially being multi round garbage…

Unfortunately, Tracer joining Stadium season 18 seems to mean Aqua will not be joining anytime soon.

Competitive Drives will be heading to Stadium in the latter half of Season 17! We can’t share much yet, but some fancy name card bling is guaranteed.
Bro how out of touch with your community do you have to be to think that we want Drives?
Put in an actual matchmaking. Drives do nothing but bring players in and DESTROY matchmaking. And since Stadium already has a cruddy matchmaking system (if there even is one), this is just going to obliterate it.
Hero release orders have also been shifted. Pharah will be joining the Stadium roster in Season 18, alongside Winston and Brigitte, to offer a new gameplay style to Stadium. Sojourn needs a bit more tuning, so she’ll now be added in Season 19 and we may use a future Weekly Recall to share exactly what the process of bringing Sojourn to Stadium looks like.
Please don’t bring Sojourn to stadium at all. We don’t like her. The majority of your playerbase doesn’t like her or want her. She’s picked a lot because you’ve forced it on us by NOT tuning this OP hero down. There is a reason that the polls you release asking for which heroes you want to see, Sojourn is last by a significantly larger margin than any other hero.
I’m glad you didn’t bring her in this season. Because when she’s released, we’ll have a Freja release situation all over again.
Two maps — Esperança and Samoa—got Stadium makeovers and will be added to the map rotation in their respective modes.
I actually like these maps so that’s exciting to hear there will be more maps!
If a player on the enemy team is dominating the lobby, you’ll have the option to save their Build to assess (or use it to exact revenge) later. Each Build will be accessible with a five-character code, just like Workshop codes, so they’re easy to share and easy to swipe.
That’s pretty cool.

So, any plans to actually nerf Cass, Soldier, Rein, and Zarya so they’re not the most dominant heroes? 
Especially Cass and Soldier??? Since, it’s been months and the only thing you’ve given Cass is a cash nerf that is ineffective.
