I just purchased a Jade weapon skin for hanzo with my 3000 competitive coins. It showed that I owned the skin but wouldnt let me equip it so I restarted the game. When I came back in it is showing that I dont own the jade weapon skin but it took my 3000 competitive coins. It is also saying my shop is currently unavailable please help

This just happened to me too. I purchased a jade weapon skin for mercy, consuming 3000 competitive points and the jade weapon skin did not get unlocked. I hope this gets fixed because I just felt like I wasted my time
