We want harsher punishments for leaving Quickplay. (and more rewards for winning)

A possibly better solution, would be to make a filtering system for players, so they can have a better chance of getting into a game they want to play. Notice how i said “better chance”. My idea is to make a sort of sliding scale filter, that sets percentages to possible factors with a match, ie. the map thats chosen, what game mode, etc. However, they can put what they want at 100%, as to ensure that, even the least factors will still get players chosen for them. Example: 7 people all choose to put blizzard world as their top choice of map at, lets say, 85%. 6 of those people will get chosen for the map, however, since they filled up the roster, the 7th players search queue will either find an empty spot in a blizzard world, or , in order to meet some kind of time limit, it will choose to put him in a random map from the lower percentages, so he could still get into a game quickly. Queue times for players might be longer, but they might be less likely to leave if they are put into a map they want, or if they are in a random map, but know that none else was available at the time.
