Saying that, by itself, means nothing. Nevermind that you leave out the important details as to what degree he is above and below the other respective heroes, but pickrates are not everything either. They’re one stat that you can’t just singularly point at and say “this means Reaper needs buffs the way I want them right now.”
I’d like to say that Reaper could definitely use more dimension in his gameplay with the addition of a right click ability, but I’m not sure that’s remotely what Blizzard wants or intends for Reaper. What I say doesn’t really matter, unfortunately.
