There are no Sombra mains, nor are there any Mauga mains.
Those heroes are almost always picked later as counters when the player is losing.
Counterswapping to Sombra or Mauga should be reportable as griefing. It’s extremely annoying because clearly players don’t enjoy playing them. They do it to grief the enemy in desperation.
The fallacy of this argument is believing counter swapping and griefing are the same thing. It also means one does not understand the point of PvP.
They are not. Griefing would mean you playing a character and just idling in the back, being of no use to your team.
Using a character to punish the enemy is the intent of the game. You’re not playing the game to make it fun for the enemy team; if you want them to have fun then you’d just feed yourself into them.
I mean, im down. But mostly just because every doom and ball on my team does nothing but die over and over again.
I can deal with her easily as a tank. Complaining is always easier and lazier than doing something better. The route of the translocating is very predictable thanks to the animation. Jump after her with winston or fly after her with dva and kill her after she used the translocator.
The problem I have is that even if I DO kill her, if I have virus dot on me and I’m even remotely low health there is a good chance I still die after. Which is frustrating.

you know whats wild, is that shes still the worst dps in the game, her gun dmg is piss poor and the virus doesnt do much against 90% of the roster, your complaining about the 10%, any burst healing removes virus, sombra loses most 1v1s against supports because their utility is just better than the dmg she can put out, you literally need to land all headshots after hacking to confirm the kill or pick off low hp targets like a rat, she feels like crap, what would make sombra better would be removing virus and making hack last 3 seconds so its actually impactful in 1v1s and group fights, people that complain about sombra never play sombra for more than 1 game if that and insta swap after feeding, shes the hardest dps to get value out of if you dont know how to play, she sucks her kit sucks to use and to play against, its needs reverting to old sombra, current sombra is garbage, the hitbox changes only made it worse since now sub par supports can land all their hits on her and delete her easily
Well I’ve played lots of Sombra, and it’s dog easy compared to other backline flankers. Simply because you get to set up for free, and take the fight when you want to take it. While also having the element of surprise.
So if some randos over there trying to 1v3 in the back line as Sombra, (illari pylon, torb turret, or sym turrets counts as an extra player) while the rest of their team hasn’t even made it back to the fight yet, then yeah she’s going to be s***.
