Its because the mmr decides your rank, and then uses the favor or non-favor aspect to force your rank. This is specially obvious for support queue
Be grateful it’s 50/50. Since I placed, I’ve gone from Plat 2 down to Gold 2. Plummeting like a lead balloon at this point after peaking in season 11 at Diamond 4.
Nothing like 2 weeks in a row of completely one sided games that the matchmaker made to remind you that the entire team responsible for the matchmaker needs to be replaced. (Or the corporate tool responsible.)

Anyone who thinks the game chooses whether they win is just giving away that they’re not paying attention, which makes me confident that they shouldn’t be winning any more than they are.
yet when i mention rigging, parasites come out of the sewer, false flagging. fascinating dynamic.
I think they take the people that are winning games, and throwing them into groups that cant win.
