I will be letting our network teams know about this again and see what we can do. The Last issue was resolved for a few days and this seems to be Wave ISP issues popping up again.
I would ask you to keep posting WinMTRs and Looking glass reports and inform us when things are better or worse. We hope to have more news soon!
