This has happened a few times this season. Whenever I try to watch or save some of my highlights, I get logged off the game, followed by text saying “Client Request Disconnect”. It’s very frustrating, because some of them are plays i want to save for content, but I can’t save them as it does the same thing. This happening to anyone else, and has anyone found a fix?
I’m also experiencing this too.

That post was last updated on Feb 7. That’s almost a month ago.
This issue is something that should take priority as it is making things hard or impossible for some players trying to do scrim vods and makes it harder for content creators who rely on viewers sending in their replay codes and POTG clips for their content.
This issue has only been listed as a known issue, but not resolved. It should’ve already been resolved having been around now for over a month.
It was updated February 24, 2025 at 1:57pm EST.
Check the small pencil icon at the top right corner and it will show you when it was last edited. The hard text stating February 7th was helpful when the post was created, but it changed many times since then and needs to be removed.

That actually makes it worse… The fact that this issue has been around for so long and not been acknowledged until just now? That’s really bad…
Come on now, put on your thinking cap. Nowhere does it say that the line was added exactly at the last edit. The only information available is that they are aware of it. When they have updates to share, they’ll add them to the post or make them part of a news post.
What are you on about? This Season is not even 2 weeks old, how is “so long”? Not to mention the highlight/replay issue was on the list SINCE SEASON STARTED, it wasn’t added in last edit.
The replay/highlight issues started before this season. Just sayin’, and if it was indeed on that list since the season started, then it REALLY is bad that they haven’t fixed it yet. JUST SAYIN’…

If they’ve known about it for that long and they still haven’t fixed it, it really is bad.
The bug isn’t consistent, but happens far too frequently for them not increasing the priority on fixing it.
Personally I don’t have issues with highlights/replays at all even this season, soooo shrug.
Dude, they will not make a hotfix build just for this one issue. Highlights and replays are not that important to receive instant bug fix. We are getting a patch probably in 3 days anyway, so calm your horses. Jeez.

I just experienced this right now. My POTG ones are having issues. The normal highlights were ok to view and save. Welp!
I work for a content creator and it makes our OW2 side almost impossible to do atm. Thinking of just full sending it with Rivals content until this gets fixed.

Hey, this has been an issue for THREE MONTHS!!! Maybe it should be fixed eventually, and the posts are to show that it is not a minor problem and shouldn’t be swept under the rug.

We’ve been making Mythbuster videos and answering OW2 fan questions for months, and this is really hampering our ability to record footage.
We are trying to support OW and the community, but these bugs and the lack of a fix make it seem like that is a low priority for the team. So until this is fixed, we will be focusing on Rivals content exclusively, and if it doesn’t get fixed soon, we may need to stop taking questions from OW2 fans entirely.
I really wish this wasn’t the case…
It’s already on their public list of things to fix, it’s not going to just disappear off it. But if posting helps you relieve stress about it, carry on.
