Exactly, i had an ana ban doom sombra and hog, because she didn’t want to deal with them, when she hard counters all 3 and clearly shouldn’t be playing ana if she can’t deal with at least some of those heroes easily. The bans are only good for low rank players who are too lazy to learn counters or improve thier positioning and aim, because clearly the game is the problem not them, LMFAO. Sombra is a weak hero and I never have an issue versing sombras as a zen 1 trick in masters and above. Bans are a joke
Yeah neither have I love playing Sombra she’s my 2nd most played DPS! But you don’t see me running to the forums and crying. Have you tried growing up? Or the other 20+ DPS? Both should work if you try it I assure you
This Dodo is still going on their mad ramblings about rights being taken away from players lol. Play another hero. You should be expected to flex when playing competitive. Relying on Sombra or any heroes solely, is just asking for getting slammed in games. What if you get counterswapped by someone that is annoyed by Sombra? Do you yell at them for taking your rights away to play Sombra?
I swap Zen to Kiriko when I get countered by Sombra as Zen to counter her, does that count my right to play my Zenyatta (one of my favourite support) is taken away by Sombra players?
Right this, right that, how about check this ban on Sombra, Zarya and Widowmaker. Forever.

Not that she’s an issue, i just don’t want to see the hero played thats all.
In bans and in hero limits you aren’t allowed to play every hero you want. By your own logic here we have had bans since limits were added. So the “problems” you keep talking about are ones we already have solutions for in the form of playing the game and not being overly dramatic that you MIGHT NOT be able play a hero for a match.

I mean, banning Sombra almost every game should give you an indication of how many people actually hate Sombra.
I’m loving the Sombra bans this seaason. Makes Overwatch a bit more fun.
Thats a super emotionally charged over simplification but okay.
To be fair that’s the entire argument being made by anti-banning arguments. Just overly emotional reactions to the possibility that you might not be able to play a hero for a match, just like they had the possibility of not being able to play whatever hero they want for a match before bans were added.
Overly emotional responses are the only thing they have to support why bans should be removed.
The devs say otherwise

I haven’t visited Reddit in a while, but we’ve had quite a few threads of people complaining about bans here. We’ll have to wait and see if they intensify, or not, over time.
