This patch has not been on for five days. The previous PTR patch went live last Tuesday.

okay, i was just confused, whenever i saw the ptr patch notes saying oct 23rd
The BattleNet launcher patch notes are inaccurate, I have already reported it, but I don’t think they can easily change them.
Wednesday (slightly more recent), but close enough.
You can always see the most recent patch notes on the #ptr-feedback forum. Sometimes the launcher is linked to an outdated post, unfortunately.
