Same issue here they said that they fixed it but that seems to be a joke.
Hello and greetings! I wanted to give you a heads-up. That the patch has helped the frame-rates some, but it still has really heavy dips on it and it seams as though the game is not requesting more of the GPU to be used. I know you are working on the problem and I hope some extra feedback helps.
I see the task manager showing me that the game really isn’t taxing the GPU, but instead it is utilizing ALOT of the CPU.
Each patch seams to shift MORE and more of the game being used by the processor more than anything else. I dont know if you could see to it that whomever works on the “engine” part of this game to see if they could tweak that a bit and see where that puts the game. I dont know much about scripting much more when it comes to asking windows to handle a set amount of processes, but when I see Overwatch being the only game that does this. I’d like to pass this off to the software engineers that this game struggles with that.
I know that other titles utilize both pieces of hardware just fine, but it just seams as though whatever card a person puts into the computer and whatever drivers or settings are used. Overwatch doesn’t assign tasks to the GPU to handle the graphics of the game.

3 days and the game is still unplayable, I’ll be on Apex until it’s fixed.

I don’t really know if it’s cause of the voicelines, but my game is actually unplayable. I play on PC and when I don’t have to throw because I can’t even move my character and there’s constant stuttering; it randomly kicks me out of the game because “a problem with the connection”. I haven’t even tried to play ranked cause I’m only 30s in a match and the problems start. And I tried EU, USA servers and PTR. Same thing everywhere.
maybe it’s cause I’m too nice and the problem solves itself if I don’t say hello to my teammates? lmao this is absurd
Edit: I posted it at the same time the QA Lead posted and yes, I’m still experiencing it. I tried to play and yet AGAIN the game kicked me out and I keep having the extreme stuttering.
Same here I play on PC, everytime I use de voice lines my game flash in a blue/red colors and drop the framerates. I stopped playing over because of this bug!
